Concrete holds moisture, and moisture is what lifts coatings. We moisture-test every slab at the estimate. Where your floor needs it, a moisture-barrier system goes down first — and it's the difference between our 5-year and 10-year coverage.
How we do it
- Diamond grind — we mechanically grind the slab so the coating bonds; no acid-etch shortcuts.
- Repair — cracks and spalls filled and ground flush.
- Moisture test — measured, not guessed.
- Base coat + flake/color.
- Clear topcoat — the wear layer that takes the beating.

How long does a garage floor take?
Most two-car garages take 2–3 days including cure time before you can park on it — we’ll give you the exact schedule at your estimate.
Do I need a moisture barrier?
Only a moisture test can say. We test every slab at the free estimate and show you the reading; if your floor doesn’t need one, we don’t sell you one.
When can I park on it?
Light foot traffic in about 24 hours; vehicles after the full cure we confirm at completion — rushing it is how coatings fail.
What does it cost?
